Services
Individual Therapy
I treat individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, panic, traumatic experiences, grief and loss, relationship issues, reproductive health concerns, addictive behaviors, infertility(both trying to conceive and long-term), pet loss, etc. The human condition is messy, magical and cannot be captured fully by any one diagnostic box. I seek to work with clients as complex, unique individuals.
When providing care to partners, I seek to treat the relationship and not the individual. I do not diagnose partners, but seek to understand, advocate and problem-solve difficulties in communication, intimacy, and overall relationship health. I draw from The Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy trainings and resources.
Intimate Relationships
Coaching session
If you are not looking for traditional therapy or a mental health diagnosis, you may desire coaching services. Coaching offers guidance in reaching your personal goals in a variety of areas. Situations could include: navigating the care of aging parents, changing careers, exploring what is important in your life, etc.
Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision to social workers in Ohio and Connecticut. I love working with new clinicians and being a part of their professional journey. I have a laid-back, easy-going demeanor and seek to provide a safe and supportive space for you to grow in your clinical skills and experience.
I, along with my colleague, Casey Hill, LPCC-S offer weekly group supervision and consultation to LSWs and LPCs. Please reach out to join this cross disciplinary space.
Support Groups
Pet Loss Grief and Support Group - pet loss is often minimized in society. This group is for those who desire support, to share memories, and to make meaning in honor of their loved one.
GLP-1 Journey - for those taking medications such as Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic, etc., this journey is layered and complex. This group focusses on emotional well-being including self-esteem, body image, navigating relationships, and understanding the role trauma can play in our relationship to food. Learn from others, share your experience, and build support.
